Rice and Cheese Casserols
Rice and Cheese
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoons pepper
3 cups cooked rice
Combine milk and cheese in pan until melted - add the rest, but not rice. Add cooked rice - mix lightly. Bake in greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until brown.
