Judy's Dressing Recipe

1 clove grated garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
about 1/3 cup of olive oil drizzled in so it will emulsify in your dressing as you are whipping altogether

I have also taken a finely chop bit of onion, about maybe a teaspoon grated onion
